These terms and conditions have been designed to bring information about what it is offered, what it is expected, and so on, so that we can have a great, nice and friendly time in Peru, and we can resolve any situation, in case it'll exist.

Peruvian Civil Code is the framework for any rental activities, and we have worked in these terms and conditions according to this Code. To view the Peruvian Civil Code: click here.

At your arrival, you will sign the following terms and conditions document in Spanish. Because we are rule by the Peruvian law, we have to provide our terms and conditions in Spanish. For any translation we recommend to use the Google Translator.
