APU PERU PRICING INFORMATION

Hello guys! You will find all the prices of the rooms in each house description page. Here you will find information that you need to know about our prices. All information here is only for living in student shared houses, if you want information about shared apartments or about our real state agency, please visit our websites for those services clicking at: Shared Apartments, APU Real State Agency (coming soon).

1. Where can I find the room prices?

You can find all price information in each house description page at the House Description Area on the main menu.

2. What does it include on the price?

The room prices in the student shared houses include all expenses, utilities, free use of the complete house, and all services that the house offer you. Get more information about what every house offers in its page at the Houses Description Area.

3. Is there a damange deposit?

Yes, there is refundable damage deposit of 100% of the monthly price.

4. Are all rooms prices the same?

No, the room prices are not the same. Prices depend on the house location, real state market value, and room size. So that we can avoid problems about pricing, please, check the price of the room that you are reserving on the house description page on this website.

5. What kind of rates does APU have?

APU has only weekly and monthly rates. All our rates are in Peruvian Nuevos Soles.

6. When do I have to pay?

Weekly rates must be all paid in advance. If you rent 3 weeks, you must pay the 3 weeks at your arrival.

Monthly payment must be paid at the beginning of every month.

7. Does APU have daily rates (price per day)?

No, our houses are not hostels so we do not have daily rates. APU has only weekly and monthly rates. However, for rentals over 3 months, in some APU houses, we prorate the days at the beginning of your tenancy period so that it can be easier to collect the payment of everybody in the house. For example, if you make a reservation staring at March 13th until July 25th, at your arrival, you will pay for the last 19 days of March (including 13th), and after that, you will pay every 1st of the month. For July, you will pay 25 days. It doesn't mean that we have daily rates, but it is an administrative process to make the easier to collect all rents.

8. If at the end of my time in Peru, I will not use the room all the month: Do I have to pay the whole month?

No, you do not need to pay the whole month, we will prorate. For example: If you take a room for 3 months and 13 days, your last payment will be for only 13 days in proportion to the monthly rate. This benefit is applied only to tenancy period over 3 months. Weekly rates are not prorated. For more information about payment, please visit the Payment Process area in the menu.

9. Is there in any additional charge?

No, there is not additional charge for you to live in the houses. The only extra payment that you could have is for your visitors. We offer you 3 days free of charges to your visitor for every 3 months that you are living in the house, after the 7 days there will be a visitor fee of s/.15.oo Peruvian soles per day.

10. If I share an individual/single room with other person, is there any additional charge?

Yes. The price in a single or individual room is for 1 person living in the room. You are able to share the room with other person if you want to save money, but it will be an additional charge of 30% to the price, and it won't be added any additional facility.
