APU PERU PAYMENT PROCESS

When and whom do you have to pay?

1. The Reservation deposit payment.

The Reservation deposit is the advance payment of the half of the refundable damage deposit required. It means 50% of the monthly rate, because the damage deposit is 100% of the monthly rate of the price room.

The first step is to fill out the BOOKING FORM for booking a room. You will find the reservation form directly in every house description, or on the menu bar.

As soon as we will receive your form with all the information required, we will send you and email with all important payment information: Bank accounts and international transfer codes.

As soon as you transfer the RESERVATION DEPOSIT, please send an email to reservationdeposit@student-houses-peru.com with all information needed to verify your transfer. We suggest you to send us your name, dates, bank, address, city, operation number, and any other information that will help to avoid confusions.

When we get the reservation deposit, we will send you an email confirming that you can use as proof that you did the transfer, as well as all documents provided by your bank. All transfer cost and any bank comisions will be at your charge.

The reservation deposit must be transfer with a minimun time of one (1) month before your arrival. Otherwise, we will consider your room available to offer it to other people.

People contact us with an average time of 4 months before their arrival. Considering that, reservation or booking cancellation made prior of one (1) month will not be charged by any administration fee, we will refund the reservation deposit, and transfer expenses will be at your charge. For cancellation within a month of the day of arrival, no refund of any payment shall be made.

Finally, at your arrival in the house, you must complete the damage deposit outstanding balance, pay the first month and start to enjoy Peru!!!!!

2. The Rental payment process.

There are two forms how you will pay the monthly rent, depending on the house you are going to live. In both cases, you will pay in cash and in Peruvian Nuevos Soles.

It will cost the same during your stay in Peru, it doesn't matter which form of payment you will use. This two forms are just for the difference needs of cash flows that the houses demand. No worries, it will cost you the same :)

Form 1:

At your arrival, along with the damage deposit outstanding, you will pay the rent for the month starting at your arrival day.

If you arrive the 8th, you will pay every 8th. For your final payment, if you are not going to stay the month complete, you will pay proportional to the days.

Form 2:

At your arrival, along with the damage deposit outstanding, you will pay only for the days until the first day of the next calendar month. Then, you will pay every 1st the monthly rent.

If you arrive the 8th, you will pay for 22 days (23 if the day have 31 days). Then, every 1st you will pay the monthly rent. For your final payment, if you are not going to stay the month complete, you will pay proportional to the days.
