APU PERU Booking PROCESS

Hello guys! Are you ready to start your APU experience???

First of all, just to clearify what is the APU Booking Process, we want to tell you that the APU booking process is all the steps that you will follow since the first contact with us, until you book and confirm your room in one of our houses, apartments, and so on.

In fact, the APU booking process means reservation process. We have got some emails asking for that, so here you go: reservation process and booking process is the same in this context :)

Why should you follow this process?

After all this time working with people from all over the world who asked us the same questions, we realized that it could be faster and easier for all people looking for a place to live in Peru, by following this process based on information. Information that is based in all questions that we have recieved during all this time.

Notes:

- We suggest you to read all informations provided and our terms and conditios before you fill out the booking form.

- Remember that by filling out the booking form you are accepting all terms and conditions, that you will sign later at your arrival.

- RESERVATION DEPOSIT is a collect in advance of the half of the refundable damage deposit. The damage deposit required is 100% of the monthly rate.

- The reservation deposit must be transfer with a minimun time of one (1) month before your arrival. Otherwise, we will consider your room available to offer it to other people.

- In the RECEPTION MAIL you will get information with the following steps, and bank information for transfering the reservation deposit.

- As soon as we got the reservation deposit, we will send you an email to certify that we recieved, and reconfirm you the room.

- In the CONFIRMATION MAIL you will get information with the following steps for coordinate your arrival.

- People contacts us with an average time of 4 months before their arrival. Considering that, reservation or booking cancellation made prior of one (1) month will not be charged by any administration fee, we will refund the reservation deposit, and transfer expenses will be at your charge. For cancellation within a month of the day of arrival, no refund of any payment will be made.
