people from all over, but at the same time live with a
smaller group of people and have less craziness?

a house for you and your friends?
Student Shared Houses
1. Rooms in our Student Shared Houses (APU
Houses)
We have a network of 7 houses
located in Miraflores and Surco area. These areas are
the most secure, connected and life-active areas of
Lima.
The student shared houses area
ideal for people who is coming alone, or groups of
people who would like to live with other people from all
over the world.
The most atractive things of the
houses are the common areas and the day to day atmosphere
that will help you to get involve easyly and fastly with
your housemates. Everyday is fun, you will find people
for chat with, to eat together, to go to school, to drink a beer, or
just hang out and have a great time.
The houses have capacity for 6
to 10 people. Almost 98% of the rooms in the houses are
individual, and we have in total no more than 5 or
6 double rooms.

Apartments / Flats (APU Apartments)
We have a network of 5
apartments located in Miraflores and Surco, that have
capacity for 2 to 6 roommates that will share all common
areas.
The shared apartments are ideal
for people who is looking for living with other people,
but still have a more private atmosphere than in the
houses, but still great and cozy.

We have access to apartments,
flats and houses for rent in different areas of Lima and
in all over Peru. Miraflores, Surco, San Isidro, La
Molina, Jesus Maria, and so on; and as well in cities
like Arequipa, Cusco, Chiclayo, etc.
