The location is perfect if you are looking for a great and not very crazy house so that you can party with the people of the other houses and find a good place to relax when you need your privacy. If you have to work or you have to study a lot this house could be the best option for you.

The house is located nearby beautiful parks, supermarkets, flee markets; and is close to main avenieus so that you can find transportation anywhere.
