Description

This amazing house is located 2 blocks away to Miraflores Central Park: Kennedy Park. APU3 has 7 rooms, and big and great common areas right in the center of Miraflores:)

The house is around parks and close to one of the most moderns malls in Lima, with a great view of the Ocean: Larcomar. If you want to jog, you can do it in the park just beside the ocean.

The house distribution is perfect because separate the common areas and the room areas, so you can have a lot of fun, but at the same time you can have your privacy whenever you want it. If you are looking for a house to live with a medium group of people and get to know well them, this is the perfect house for you!

-(*) Room nr.2, nr.3 and nr.4 can be shared by 2 people, and we can add a bunkbed. It will cost s/.1200 per month, and s/.450 per week. APU do not look for roommates :( so if you want to share the room, you will have lot arrive with your roommate or look for one :)

- Twin or Single Beds have and international measure of 99x191cm or 39x75in aproximately. More info click here.

- You are able to share a single room with other person if you want to save money, but it will be an additional charge of 30% to the price, and any additional facility or feature will be added in the room.

Visitor Policy

You can receive people in the house, even in your room. All your friends, peruvians or not are very welcome. But there are some rules about that it MUST BE respected. Please get more information about on our APU Visitor Policy Area.

Almost ready! Please, remember that by booking a room in APU, you agree that you have read, understand and are bound by these Terms & Conditions.

I confirm my reservation in APU. By submitting the following form, I confirm that I'm accept all the APU lease terms and conditions.

(1) Passport number is required. If you do not have your passport number you can submit your national ID number. As soon as you have your passport number, you can send it by email.

(2) Please, provide us a contact number in your country so that you can contact you faster before your arrival.

(3) If you are not studying or working, please submit your last school or workplace.

(4) If you are not going to study or work in Lima, please provide us with short description of your activity in Peru.

(5) Please, tell us if you are going to share the individual room with other person to charge the extra 30%. Visitor are not considered a person to share the room with. Visitor restrictions are applied. Please check our Visitor Policy.

(6) If you do not have the exactly check in date, you can submit an approximate check in date. Please, take care to update by email your arrival information. The information submited will be used for organising your arrival, and will be used in the terms and conditions paper that you will sign at your arrival.

(7) If you do not have the exactly check out date, you can submit an approximate check out date. Please, take care to update by email your check out information, if it is needed. Please, take in consideration the period of time required for changing your check out information, according to the our terms and conditions. The information submited will be used in the terms and conditions papers that you will sign at your arrival.
