The house located in Miraflores 8 minutes walk from Miraflores downtown. This house is the best located to get almost all the universities in Lima with just 1 bus. This house have an amazing roof terrace with a great BBQ area where normally every Thursday we grill some stakes and vegetables and we have a great dinner with friends.

If you are looking for a place where you can meet a small group of people and get to know them well, this is the right place for you!The house is located nearby a supermarket, handcraft markets, post office and is 1 block away to Arequipa ave, a main ave. where you can find transportation anywhere.
